Mike Ochoa is an Administrative Specialist at Utah Lumber Company, where he began as a part-time office assistant in March 2023.

 

Originally from Southern California, Mike graduated from Centennial High School in 2004 and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force at 17. His military career was cut short due to a medical condition. Mike then embarked on a professional path with Asplundh Tree Expert Co., advancing from an Administrative Assistant to Trouble Order Patrolman, overseeing crew dispatch for Southern California Edison.

 

Seeking better work-life balance after the birth of his daughter, Mike transitioned to local employment. In 2017, he and his wife Brittney, high school sweethearts married since 2008, moved to Utah, embracing the change without prior experience in the state. 

 

Mike is a dedicated family man, deeply committed to his three children: Madison, an aspiring artist in 11th grade; Michael, a 9th grader with a 3.0 GPA; and Mason, a lively third-grader
