Sean Coughlin, born in Coos Bay, Oregon. The son of a log exporter, Sean grew up in the business starting with timber cruising and log scaling while in high school with his father’s company. After graduating from Southern Oregon University in 1980,  Sean went to work for North Pacific International in Portland in the Export Department. Sean has sold forest products in the US and overseas for over 35 years. 

In 1995, Sean lived in Beijing, China for a year while managing a school building project for the International School of Beijing. The School was manufactured from modular components produced in Oregon and shipped to China. From 2000 to 2014 Sean was an Advertising Executive for Gannett Newspapers in Palm Springs and Hearst Corp at San Francisco Chronicle. In 2015 Sean moved to Bend, Oregon and has since been wholesaling lumber in the Western US, Hawaii and South East Asia.
